Wolf hunters stay in a cozy camp where they can relax and enjoy the snowy weather. Travel to and from blinds is done by ATV, Argo, or snowmobile, and typically requires less than 150 yards of walking. The hunt is done from heated blinds overlooking frozen lakes. This Wolf specific hunt is set up for rifle hunters who are comfortable shooting out to 200 yards. If you get a Wolf early in the week you can join Mike on his fur harvesting line. PLEASE NOTE that all dietary and physical limitations need to be discussed with us prior to your arrival to ensure we can accommodate all your needs.

Price Includes:

A Day in The Life:
From Sunday Arrival to Sunday Departure
Sunday Arrival:
Upon arrival at camp in the afternoon, either from being picked up in Winnipeg (if you fly) or driving right to the camp yourself, you will be greeted by Mike and his guides. That evening you get to share stories with the other hunters as the guides prepare dinner. After dinner hunting tags are filled out so you are ready to go in the morning. Depending on your group you may share a room with a fellow guest.
Monday to Saturday:
Early morning breakfast gets you ready for your day in the blind. Soup and sandwich lunches are provided every day for you while you sit (bring a thermos). A radio is supplied and you will have check in times with your guide. You are picked up right from your stand by your guide in the evening. When you harvest a wolf the guides will track and skin it for you. The head and hide are frozen for transportation home. Back at camp a huge, warm, and hearty dinner will be waiting for you. Stories are shared before everyone goes to bed early to reenergize for the next morning.
Sunday Departure:
One last big breakfast to fill you up for your trip home, Once your wolf is harvested it is then boxed to be taken to a taxidermist in Manitoba for them to process and ship it or it is taxidermied here then shipped directly to the Client.

Book now in a unique part of Canada; The Precambrian Shield, where prairie meets granite outcrops, forming beautiful gullies, high rock ridges and pristine lakes and rives of the Whiteshell area.
If you are flying in please arrive on Saturday and take a hotel room in Winnipeg, your guide will pick you up early Sunday Morning and bring you to camp. If you are driving in you should arrive in Rennie between 9-10 am and then you will be taken out to Camp.
